Beat Culture is still the first Florida brewery to produce sake. Three limited-edition sakes are available on $ 15 flight, including Saisho, a mixture of water, koji-kin, yeast, and rice that has been ground to 50 percent of its original size. Kumo, an unfiltered sake called local mango; and ōku, made similar to Saisho but aged with American oak. Coconut Grove Arts Festival
Now in its 57th year, the festival is going to be great fun even if you don’t plan on shopping for art. Some of the scheduled events include culinary demonstrations by Ralph Pagano and Michael Beltran, live entertainment, a family zone, and other distractions. Saturday, February 15, 10 a.m. through Monday, February 17, 2700 S. Bayshore Dr., Coconut Grove. Tickets are $ 15 per day through cgaf.com and there are discounts available.

Get ready for a sip of foam as WakeFest Invitational – the annual festival celebrating the craft of independent brewers – is back. More than 120 independent craft breweries from around the world are expected, and nearly 30 JWB breweries will be by design. The general admission tickets include unlimited casts. Valentine’s day donuts and salty Sunday farmers market
This Sunday, Salty Sunday returns to South St John with a brand new range of vendors and items. Plus, customers can purchase a one-day Valentine’s Day donut from the store today. This year the bakery is offering a chocolate and raspberry snack, for which a heart-shaped brioche donut is covered with chocolate cake and raspberry whipped cream, chocolate icing and a fresh raspberry. It’s available in both locations – Wynwood and South St John – as well as through UberEats. Fans can extend their Valentine’s Day celebration by visiting the Salty Pop-Up Market this Sunday. Open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the market brings back the Salty Bakehouse, a concept that allows the Salty Donut pastry chefs to offer products that are very different from their usual donuts. Expect strawberry jam, croissants, jalapeño cheddar cookies, salted whipped cream, brioche breads, chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate-based items made specifically for Valentine’s Day weekend.
