Pop-up restaurants only with delivery in the Eating House

Chef / owner Giorgio Rapicavoli has launched two new virtual restaurant concepts, both based in the kitchen of Eating House in Coral Gables. The delivery-only concepts offer burger and fried chicken specialties exclusively through Postmates. Bud’s Burgers brings a dozen cleverly named menu items, including the “Shake Your Honey Maker,” which is topped with white cheddar, candied bacon, honey barbecue sauce, and crispy onions. the “Bohemian radish”, garnished with cucumber, pickled carrots, hoisin sauce, radishes, coleslaw and coriander; and the “Bruschetta Bout It” with burrata, tomato sauce, garlic butter, basil and balsamic glaze. Sides include seasoned french fries, seasoned tater tots, and french fries with black truffles. The other concept, “Clucked Up!” offers a variety of buttermilk or Nashville fried chicken dishes with dry liniment, including wings, sandwiches, chicken, and waffles, plus two family options that feed four people. Order delivery for Bud’s Burgers and Clucked Up through Postmates.
